Dr. Bhargava  has special interest in non-surgical treatment of musculoskeletal (MSK) problems, which include back and neck pain, arthritis and sports injuries. He uses different methods for treatment of MSK problems including  minimally invasive  spinal procedures and ultrasound.

He has written various articles in peer reviewed journals. He has been the faculty at national and international courses and medical conferences. He has covered various sporting events.
